DESCRIPTION:
Look no further - you have found your Sol Mate! This home has it all: amazing location and proximity to the beach, fresh and bright interiors, wonderful indoor/outdoor spaces, chic updates, and a sparkling pool and spa!
This home has undergone a meticulous enhancements, featuring select updates that elevate its charm. Revel in the new floors, fresh paint, stylish furnishings, and beautifully landscaped surroundings. Every detail has been carefully considered to transform this exquisite coastal retreat into the perfect luxurious escape! This elevated home has both great indoor and outdoor spaces! Walk through the front door and you will find an open concept living, dining, and kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating and a queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra space if needed. The dining room seats 6 but can seat up to 8 with an extendable table with leaf. There is additional seating for 2 at the kitchen's breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked to be able to make a meal at home or even entertain. Off the dining room you will find a screened in porch with outdoor dining table perfect for enjoying the island breezes! There is also a half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer on the main floor.
Wind on up upstairs to find the three bedrooms including master suite with full en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The master suite also has a large walk in closet, TV, dresser, and it's own private screened in balcony with seating perfect for watching those island sunsets! The second bedroom also has a king bed, TV, and closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds (which can be converted into a king with advance notice), dresser, and TV. The hall full bath has a tub/shower combination and large vanity!
The best part about this home is the outdoor space in the backyard is just as great as all the spaces inside! The home has a heated private pool and spa, outdoor bar, TV, outdoor shower and is privately and beautifully landscaped!
The home has enough parking for 2-4 cars as well as a trailer or RV if needed.
POLICIES:
Pets are accepted with prior approval only if they meet our pet policy guidelines, max of 2, < 65 lbs each, and with payment of $100 (<4 day, $200 (4-14 day), $400 (15+ day) per pet per stay.
NO SMOKING.
Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.
Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable.
Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Reservations are typically taken for 7-night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.

Golf carts are a fun and easy way to get around the island! After booking, reserve one for your stay with our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, for an exclusive discount for our vacation rental guests!
POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year-round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20-degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.
PROPERTY SECURITY/SAFETY:
Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please review the details of our Cancellation Policy page or Terms & Conditions at booking. We encourage you to review as OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED as of MARCH 25, 2023. We continue to offer refunds of deposits for cancellations (for stays of 28 days or less) made greater than 60 days to arrival, however all cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable booking admin fee. We continue to offer our US Citizens guests (with exception to residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly with us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance in the event of any unforeseen eventualities. Refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19 related cancellations, weather or beach conditions outside of our cancellation policy. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th.
Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.
All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.

All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards. A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay.
Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. For stays of 28-days or more, a mid-stay clean will be required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost.
This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home’s occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest. Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes.
