DESCRIPTION:
If you are looking for a waterfront luxury high-end island home to spend with your friend or family group, you have found the perfect home! This newly constructed 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home located directly on a canal and on the north end of the island just a 8-10 minute walk to the beach access path at Bean Point you can't find a better spot to enjoy island life while being immersed in luxury details! This home has a unique and intimate spaces floor plan with luxury furnishings like sprawling outdoor spaces, teak ceilings, maple whitewash hardwood floors, and professional designed touches. Upon walking in the front door, you will find a hall leading out to the spacious backyard pool oasis.
Overlooking the canal is an enormous resort-style pool with social sitting area and table and spa. There is plenty of deck space for lounging and sunbathing alongside the pool and canal. There are plenty of outdoor seating and dining areas include an outdoor bar area with TV and outdoor additional gaming area with foosball, ping-pong, and Tiki ring toss! There is a private dock with ladder perfect for the avid boater to enjoy the salt life island style!
Inside the home on the second main floor you will find a spacious open concept living, dining, and kitchen. There are multiple couches and seating in the living room with HUGE 80+ inch TV, DVD/Blu Ray player, & Xbox. The home is also smart equipped with iPads in the walls for controlling the home wide surround system via Sonos. Off of the living room are large sliding patio doors which open up to a spacious outdoor deck and balcony which overlooks the beautiful pool and canal area.
The kitchen area has a large island and breakfast bar area with sparking white quartz countertops, solid wood cabinets, and luxury appliances like an oversized refrigerator, double oven/stove with built in griddle/grill, overhead stainless steel hood, dishwasher, microwave, and wine cooler. The kitchen is fully stocked for every chef's need including a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, Keurig, Nespresso machine, and the list goes on and on! The breakfast bar seats 4 and the dining area seats 8 comfortably.
All of the bedrooms are on the second floor main living area. Off the living room is a hallway half bath, washer & dryer, and elevator. The first master bedroom has a spacious king bed and enormous en-suite full bath with double vanities, walk-in shower and huge walk-in closet. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms each have a luxurious king bed and en-suite bath with walk-in shower.
Additionally there are decks and balconies off two of the bedrooms perfect for enjoying some outdoor time. There is a little indoor reading nook in the main hallway as well.
This home is located directly on a canal! Just a short walk to Pine Avenue shops & restaurants!
POLICIES:
NO PETS. NO SMOKING.
Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.
Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Reservations are typically taken for 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.
POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (>20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.
PROPERTY SECURITY/SAFETY:
Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.
CLEANING AND SAFETY:
All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards. A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay.
Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. For stays of 28-days or more, a mid-stay clean will be required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost.
This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home’s occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest. Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes.
GOLF CART RENTALS:
Golf carts are a fun and easy way to get around the island! After booking, reserve one for your stay with our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, for an exclusive discount for our vacation rental guests!
BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS:
Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off.

- All cancellation requests must be initiated by the Registered Guest who booked the reservation.
- Requests must be submitted either through the website where the booking was made or in writing via email.
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or from any party member other than the Registered Guest.
Travel Insurance:
- We continue to offer our U.S. Citizen guests (with the exception of residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly through us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance to protect their vacation investment in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
- Please note that refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19-related cancellations, weather, or beach conditions that fall outside of our stated cancellation policy. Additionally, please be aware that hurricane season spans June 1st through November 30th, and Travel Insurance can help safeguard your plans during this period.
