DESCRIPTION:
Coastal elegance describes this spectacular large family home, located directly across the street from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island! You will fall in love with this home the minute you step inside. No detail has been overlooked in this professionally decorated high end home. From the gorgeous tile, granite, beautiful flooring to the top end appliances.

The home has a reverse floor plan, to ensure there are no obstructions to the breathtaking views.  The second-floor hosts five of the eight bedrooms, while the third/top floor have the last three.  The top floor is also where you'll find the primary living area including the living and dining room, with a spectacular ocean scene.  Eight bedrooms, seven and a half baths allow for a large party to gather while being able to enjoy peace and solitude in the six private en-suite King rooms.  Two of the King en-suite bedrooms on the bottom floor share a balcony leading out to bask in the sunset before settling in for the evening.  The last bedrooms have one with a King, one with a twin over twin bunkbed, sharing a Jack-n-Jill bathroom.  All bedrooms at Mariner's Crossing have a TV and a closet.

The living room has a balcony of its own, offering yet more of an opportunity to let in the salt air and ocean breeze.  The home also has an elevator. *Please note this home is not wheelchair accessible and is for convenience only. The exterior is just as impressive with two open air decks offering stunning views of the Gulf waters. Savor the nightly world-renowned sunsets from the comfort of the Rooftop Deck with your favorite cocktail in hand. Afterwards, gather everyone together for a home cooked family dinner enjoyed alfresco on the open-air patio. 

Make a splash in the private heated pool - this tropical backyard offers all you would expect out of an island getaway! The covered patio is complete with outdoor seating and gas BBQ grill, you will simply fall in love with this fantastic outdoor entertaining space and won't want to leave! Family and friends will enjoy the game room equipped with a ping pong table, foosball table, extra refrigerator, and beach gear. 

This fantastic location puts you minutes to all the island attractions. Try out local eateries on Bridge Street or head north to enjoy beachy chic shops on Pine Avenue. Don't forget about the free island Trolley service that runs from the North end to the South end of the island every 20 minutes!

POLICIES:
NO PETS. NO SMOKING.

Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.  

Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable.

Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Reservations are typically taken for 7-night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.

CLEANING AND SAFETY:
All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards.  A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay. 

Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. For stays of 28-days or more, a mid-stay clean will be required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost.

This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home’s occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest.  Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes. 

GOLF CART RENTALS:
Golf carts are a fun and easy way to get around the island! After booking, reserve one for your stay with our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, for an exclusive discount for our vacation rental guests!

BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS:
Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off. Information is provided at time of booking or inquire directly.

POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year-round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20-degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.

PROPERTY SECURITY/SAFETY:
Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please review the details of our Cancellation Policy page or Terms & Conditions at booking.  We encourage you to review as OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED as of NOVEMBER 18, 2024.

For Reservations of 20 Days or Less:
Cancellations More Than 60 Days Before Arrival:
  • If you cancel all or part of your reservation more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of your full deposit, minus the non-refundable booking administration (processing) fee that was originally assessed.
Cancellations 60 Days or Less Before Arrival:
  • If you cancel all or part of your reservation 60 days or less before your scheduled arrival date, refunds will only be issued for the base rental rate and applicable taxes for nights we are able to rebook, minus the non-refundable booking administration (processing) fee.
  • Please note: While we make every effort to rebook the property and issue refunds, we cannot guarantee that the property will be re-rented at the same rate or for the same number of nights originally reserved. For any nights that the property cannot be re-rented, as well as for non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures, or alterations resulting in a loss of revenue, no refunds or price adjustments will be provided.
For Reservations of 21 Days or More:
Cancellations More Than 180 Days Before Arrival:
  • If you cancel all or part of your reservation more than 180 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus the non-refundable booking administration (processing) fee that was originally assessed.
Cancellations 180 to 90 Days Before Arrival:
  • If you cancel all or part of your reservation between 180 and 90 days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund equal to 25% of the base rental rate and applicable taxes, minus the non-refundable booking administration (processing) fee.
Cancellations 90 Days or Less Before Arrival:
  • If you cancel all or part of your reservation 90 days or less before your scheduled arrival date, refunds will only be issued for the base rental rate and applicable taxes for nights we are able to rebook, minus the non-refundable booking administration (processing) fee.
  • Please note: While we make every effort to rebook the property and issue refunds, we cannot guarantee that the property will be re-rented at the same rate or for the same number of nights originally reserved. For any nights that the property cannot be re-rented, as well as for non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures, or alterations resulting in a loss of revenue, no refunds or price adjustments will be provided.
Important Cancellation Policy Information:
  • The Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, changes in work or school schedules, or similar issues. Additionally, conditions such as weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental factors (e.g., red tide), construction, water quality, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.
Submitting a Cancellation Request:
  • All cancellation requests must be initiated by the Registered Guest who booked the reservation.
  • Requests must be submitted either through the website where the booking was made or in writing via email.
  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or from any party member other than the Registered Guest.
These policies are in place to ensure clear communication and a smooth process for all guests.

Travel Insurance:
  • We continue to offer our U.S. Citizen guests (with the exception of residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly through us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance to protect their vacation investment in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please note that refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19-related cancellations, weather, or beach conditions that fall outside of our stated cancellation policy. Additionally, please be aware that hurricane season spans June 1st through November 30th, and Travel Insurance can help safeguard your plans during this period.
In the event the dates of the reservation fall within a date range of a mandatory island evacuation, unforeseen unavailability of the home reserved AND unavailability of a comparable alternative home, or inability for vacation rentals to operate due to executive order, the guest will receive a full refund of all base rental rate, fees, and applicable taxes without penalty.

This house is stunning!!! Perfect location to restaurants, shopping and the beach! The home is so luxurious, clean and spacious! I cannot wait to come back here!!

This home is a perfect beach getaway. Home is fully stocked with all the kitchen, bath, bedroom and beach needs. The roof top has amazing views. Beach views from all balconies. The pool and hot tub were awesome too!

Wow, this house is breathtaking! Each room has an en suite and is so roomy! It is 3 floors tall so the rooftop balcony has amazing views with Adirondack chairs so you can sit back and relax . An added bonus of an elevator, so you don’t have to haul heavy items upstairs manually. Everything is super clean and very roomy. Not only are you close to the beach, but you have your own private hot tub and pool with outside entertainment as well. Super clean 2 car garage with everything you need for the beach and an extra fridge.

I loved everything about this home and it’s location!!! The home is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything you need!!!! The rooftop has amazing views of the ocean with spectacular sunsets and also the bay with beautiful sunrises!!! The outdoor area is tranquil and perfect for grilling, eating outdoors and lounging by the pool and hot tub. I also loved the location. The beach is across the street and never very crowded, close to shopping and restaurants and a great walking path!!! Highly recommend Mariner’s Crossing!!!!!

Just wondering about beach access for this property, we stayed at Sea Glass on Park the last time we were in town, and beach access was right there, is this similar where we could just go across the street?

Answer:

Yes beach access is just across the street and slightly up the street. You also have great beach and gulf views from the rooftop deck and deck of living room!

Is the laundry in house ? Why is it coin operated ? I haven’t seen this ever on a rental so wanted to clarify ☺️

We’re happy to let you know that the washer and dryer in the home are available for guest use at no cost.
